Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Sales Executive, based in Ahmedabad. The Pre Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting tailored real estate solutions. Key tasks include conducting market research, preparing proposals, coordinating property site visits, and ensuring excellent customer experience. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and pipeline management.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, lead qualification, and customer relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze customer needs
  • Team collaboration skills, with experience in coordinating with sales teams
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including CRM tools and MS Office
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and its market trends is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working under deadlines
