The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for qualifying inbound and outbound leads, understanding client requirements, presenting Hexaspace's offerings, and setting the stage for successful project conversions. This role bridges the gap between marketing and sales by ensuring every lead is nurtured and primed before handover to the sales/design team.
- Lead Qualification & Initial Contact- Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Responsible for Cold callings & reaching out to leads generated through marketing.
- Understand the client's design preferences, project goals, and functional requirements.
- Qualify leads based on budget, project type, location, and timelines.
- Capture all essential details in CRM for seamless handover to sales/design teams.
- Presentation of Services- Share Hexaspace's portfolio, packages, and service offerings with prospects via whatsapp/ mail as preferred by client
- Explain value propositions and differentiation from competitors.
- Follow-ups & Lead Nurturing- Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups for warm leads.
- Send updates, success stories, and promotional offers to keep leads engaged.
- Schedule meetings between clients and sales/design teams.
