Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Presales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Presales Executive will be responsible for understanding client requirements, creating compelling proposals, presenting solutions to clients, and conducting product demonstrations. The role involves closely collaborating with sales teams, addressing client inquiries, identifying customer needs, and aligning them with DrillBit's solutions to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• 2 years of experience in inside sales.
• Customer relationship management and client interaction experience
• Understanding of SaaS solutions, with experience in technical product demonstrations
• Proposal writing and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze client requirements and offer effective solutions
• Experience in the edtech or academic sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred
