Job Description
● Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and CRM tools
● Qualify leads based on defined criteria and assess customer needs
● Explain products/services and generate interest among prospects
● Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team
● Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM
● Achieve daily call targets and lead conversion benchmarks
● Follow up with potential customers to ensure engagement
● Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign execution
● Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and reporting
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
● Lead qualification percentage
● Call productivity (daily/weekly targets)
● Conversion rate (lead → meeting/site visit)
● Keeping calling TAT intact & KRA's in control
● Follow-up efficiency and response time
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in any field
● 0–3 years of experience in pre-sales / tele calling / inside sales
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
● Comfortable with high-volume calling (120+ calls/day)
● Familiarity with lead management/CRM tools
● Target-driven and self-motivated
● Strong persuasion and closing support skills
● Experience in real estate / co-working / SaaS / B2C / Ed-Tech
