Job Description

Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)

Experience Required: 0.5–3 Years (Freshers with relevant internship experience may apply)

CTC: Up to 4 LPA

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive Pre-Sales Executive to manage lead qualification, interest verification, and sales coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring that only high-intent, relevant leads are passed to the sales team, improving overall conversion efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification & Screening
  • Connect with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Understand customer requirements (budget, timeline, location, need)
  • Evaluate fitment against Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Interest Verification
  • Assess lead intent (exploring vs serious buyers)
  • Ask structured questions to determine urgency and decision readiness
  • Filter out low-quality or irrelevant leads
  • Initial Pitching
  • Provide a brief overview of services to build interest
  • Communicate value proposition clearly (without hard selling)
  • Lead Segmentation & Handover
  • Categorize leads as Hot / Warm / Cold
  • Share qualified leads with the sales team along with detailed notes
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Sales Coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales team
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and confirmations
  • Act as a bridge between leads and the sales team for smooth handover
  • Follow-ups & Nurturing
  • Engage with warm leads until they are ready for sales discussion
  • Ensure no potential lead is lost due to lack of follow-up

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0.5–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Telecalling / Inside Sales / Customer Engagement
  • Freshers with relevant internship experience are welcome
  • Excellent communication skills (mandatory)
  • Strong probing and listening abilities
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools is a plus
  • Understanding of sales process is an added advantage

Eligibility Criteria (Important)

✔ Candidates with experience in lead interaction / sales / customer-facing roles

✔ Comfortable handling high-volume lead funnels
