About the Role

Amnex is seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Consultant with strong expertise in software product solutioning, AI/ML technologies, and enterprise application transformation. This role sits at the intersection of technology consulting and business development, requiring the ability to articulate complex software and AI-driven solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

You will be central to driving software deals, co-creating AI-powered solution strategies with clients, and translating business challenges into compelling, ROI-driven technology proposals.

Key Responsibilities

·       Partner with sales and business teams to drive solutioning for software product and AI/ML opportunities

·       Engage with clients to understand business pain points, workflow inefficiencies, and digital maturity, and map them to software and AI solutions

·       Design end-to-end software architectures and AI solution blueprints across SaaS, on-premise, and hybrid deployment models

·       Lead discovery workshops, requirement analysis sessions, and proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations

·       Own RFP/RFI/RFQ responses including solution approach, architecture, licensing, effort estimation, and commercial proposals

·       Develop AI/ML solution narratives covering use cases such as NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and Generative AI

·       Conduct technical workshops, solution demos, and CXO/stakeholder-level presentations.

·       Build reusable solution frameworks, reference architectures, and demo environments

·       Stay current on AI/ML trends, large language models (LLMs), and emerging software paradigms to maintain competitive positioning

·       Drive value-based consulting by linking AI and software capabilities directly to measurable business outcomes

Core Technical Expertise

Software Products & Platforms

Strong understanding of modern software products & platforms, including:

• Enterprise Application Landscape:
• Familiarity with API-driven integrations, microservices architecture, and platform ecosystems
• Understanding of software licensing models: subscription, usage-based, perpetual
• Application Development & Architecture:
• Knowledge of modern software development stacks and frameworks (Java, Python, Node.js, React, etc.)
• Experience with cloud-native application design: microservices, event-driven architecture, serverless

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

• AI/ML Solution Design:
• Strong understanding of AI/ML solution lifecycle: problem framing, data strategy, model development, deployment, and monitoring
• Experience in solutioning for use cases such as: NLP & text analytics, computer vision, recommendation systems, predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, and anomaly detection
• Generative AI & LLMs:
• Deep understanding of Generative AI paradigms including LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning strategies
• Ability to design enterprise-grade GenAI applications: AI copilots, chatbots, document intelligence, and code generation tools
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or equivalent
• Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI principles, bias mitigation, and enterprise AI compliance
• MLOps & AI Infrastructure:
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector) for semantic search and GenAI applications
• Understanding of GPU infrastructure requirements for AI model training and inference

Data & Analytics

·       Understanding of modern data stack: data lakehouse, ETL/ELT pipelines, data cataloging

·       Familiarity with BI and analytics platforms: Power BI, Tableau, Looker

·       Ability to design data architectures that feed AI/ML pipelines effectively

Required Qualifications

• Education:
• B.Tech (Mandatory)
• MBA (Preferred)
• Experience:
• 5+ years of Pre-Sales, Solutioning, or Technical Consulting roles
• Experience working with software product companies, AI/ML solution providers, or IT services firms

o  Demonstrated track record of winning complex enterprise software or AI deals

• Strong background in Pre-sales / Solutioning / Consulting roles
