Job Description

Requirements:

Must Have:

  • Customer-facing experience providing technical and customer support to English-speaking clients
  • Proficiency with HTML, running API calls using CURL and REST client tools such as Postman
  • Experience using Kibana, Jira, and FTP clients for troubleshooting and issue tracking
  • 1 to 2+ years working in SaaS-based product companies handling international customers via voice, chat, and email
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) with excellent interpersonal skills and phone etiquette
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Fundamental knowledge of writing and executing MySQL database queries
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, BCA, MCA, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent

Good to Have:

  • Experience in upsell and cross-sell customer interactions
  • Understanding of Webhook and API Integration (e.g., Zapier)
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and merchant payment systems such as PayPal, Stripe, CyberSource, etc.
