Role & responsibilities:
- Act as a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant, identifying customer needs, pain points, and recommending tailored solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads, drive client engagements, and convert prospects into customers.
- Analyse market trends, competition, and regulatory factors to position differentiated product value propositions.
- Conduct client meetings, deliver product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to showcase solution value.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements, working closely with product and engineering teams to refine solutions.
- Lead and manage RFI/RFP responses, including estimations and project plans, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure seamless transition of deals to delivery with clear scope and handover support.
Candidate requirements:
- 10+ years in enterprise software within the Insurance domain (Life, Health, P&C - APAC) carrier experience preferred.
- Strong expertise in retail and group insurance Products, with ability to translate business needs into solutions.
- Ability to engage and communicate with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams and C-level executives.
- Proven technical sales leadership with strong relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complex technical and business concepts.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational abilities self-driven and collaborative.
- Willingness to travel for sales and product initiatives.
- Bachelor of Engineering with an MBA (preferred specialization in Insurance/Finance).
