We're Hiring – Pre-Sales Executive (Real Estate)

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team.

Experience: Minimum 6 months in pre-sales/real estate (Freshers are also welcome)

Salary: Depends on interview performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients

• Understand customer requirements and explain project details

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team

• Maintain accurate data and update CRM regularly

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident and persuasive personality

• Basic understanding of real estate market (preferred)

• Good listening and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

• Graduate or pursuing graduation

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
