This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role at 10X Money Realtors, located in Gurugram. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone to promote real estate services and properties. Key tasks include managing client calls, explaining property features, addressing inquiries, maintaining records of interactions, and following up with potential leads. The role also involves coordinating with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences and meeting defined sales targets. Effective communication and a customer-centric mindset are critical for success in this role.

• Strong communication skills, including fluency in English and Hindi, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software for managing client information and reports
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales, preferably in the real estate sector
• Ability to effectively explain property features and benefits to potential clients
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple calls and maintain accurate records
• Positive attitude, teamwork capabilities, and a client-focused mindset
• Bachelor's degree in any related field preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge or experience in the real estate market is an added advantage
