Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Sales Manager based in New Delhi/NCR.

Responsibilities include managing key accounts, building strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and implementing account management strategies. The role emphasizes collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings.

The Key Account Sales Manager will also deliver exceptional customer service and ensure all client interactions align with the company's quality standards.

Candidates with experience in IT System Integration organizations will be given preference.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales and Account Management, with a track record of achieving targets
  • Experience in building and managing relationships with Key Accounts
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to develop and implement client-focused strategies
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Experience in the IT industry and understanding of IT Infra and Cloud solutions will only be preferred.
