Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Pre Sales role based in Bengaluru. The Pre Sales team member will contribute to business growth by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning BrightCHAMPS solutions accordingly. Responsibilities will include creating compelling presentations, conducting product demonstrations, responding to client queries, assisting in creating proposals, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members
  • Experience in Consulting and Presales activities to support the sales process
  • Proficiency in Customer Service to effectively address queries and enhance client satisfaction
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Proven experience in a Pre Sales or similar role is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
