Primary Job Title: Preschool Teacher

About The Opportunity

Join a fastgrowing, studentfocused preschool network in India seeking an energetic PrePrimary Teacher to deliver engaging, ageappropriate learning experiences onsite. You will design and implement curriculum aligned to early learning outcomes, foster positive classroom environments, and partner with parents to support each child's developmental journey.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver daily lessons and playbased activities that develop social, emotional, language, cognitive and motor skills for preprimary learners.
  • Create and maintain a safe, stimulating classroom environment with clear routines, positive behaviour strategies, and ageappropriate learning centers.
  • Assess and record individual child development using observation tools; adapt learning plans to support differentiated needs.
  • Implement early literacy and numeracy foundations, including phonics, storytelling, music & movement, and handson activities.
  • Engage with parents through regular updates, progress reports and constructive guidance to reinforce learning at home.
  • Support classroom operations maintain materials, manage transitions, and collaborate with peers on curriculum and events.
