Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Pre Post Sales Engineer. The role involves collaborating with customers to understand their needs, providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process, and assisting with technical support post-sales. Responsibilities include preparing technical solutions, conducting product demonstrations, providing technical training, and addressing any customer concerns. The role requires close coordination with the sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

Knowledge of Home Automation Systems (KNX, Casambi, RTI, etc.)

Understanding of Audio Video systems and Home Theater

Basic networking knowledge (routers, switches, Wi-Fi systems)

Work on AutoCAD drawings, Microsoft Visio & Other design software.

Understanding of structured cabling systems
