PPC Team Lead (Client Facing) Mohali | Full-Time | Salary Up to Rs 50,000

About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven PPC Team Lead to manage and grow our paid media practice while serving as a strategic point of contact for our clients. This is a dual role that blends hands-on campaign expertise with client relationship management and team leadership — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

What You'll Do

As the PPC Team Lead, you'll oversee a team of paid media specialists, guide campaign strategy across Google, Meta, and other platforms, and ensure clients consistently receive top-tier service and results. You'll own client relationships end-to-end — from onboarding and strategy sessions to performance reviews and upsell opportunities.

On the day-to-day, you'll lead weekly client calls and QBRs, present campaign performance and strategic recommendations, mentor junior team members and review their work, manage budgets and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. You'll also collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, creative, and analytics teams to deliver integrated solutions.

What We're Looking For

We're after someone with 5+ years of hands-on PPC experience (agency environment strongly preferred), a proven track record of managing and mentoring a team, and the confidence to lead client conversations at a senior level. Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads is a must, along with experience with tools like Google Analytics 4, or similar platforms.

You should be comfortable translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives for clients — and you should genuinely enjoy doing it. A Google Ads certification is a plus, but your track record matters more.
