Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns to achieve measurable growth and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve ROI.

Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting.

Track and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.

Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages.

Implement and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and tags.

Prepare regular performance reports.

Coordinate with design, SEO, and content teams.

Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

13 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Advertising.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Basic understanding of landing page optimization.

Good English communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns.

Nice to Have

Experience with LinkedIn Ads or YouTube Ads.

Knowledge of CRO tools.

Agency experience is a plus.
