Key Skills: Power Platform Administration
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide production support for Power Platform solutions including Power BI dashboards, Power Apps applications, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to apps, flows, connectors, APIs, and data integrations.
- Monitor platform performance, usage metrics, and overall system health.
- Manage incidents, problems, and change requests using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Implement minor enhancements, bug fixes, and updates based on business requirements.
- Administer Power Platform environments through the Power Admin Portal, including environment setup, governance, and DLP policy management.
- Maintain on-premises gateway servers and manage secure connections.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Analyze logs, monitor system alerts, and recommend optimizations for performance and scalability.
- Work with Azure services, PowerShell scripting, and premium connectors to enhance automation and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards.
