We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled
Power BI Lead to join our
Data & Analytics team in Noida. You will design data models, develop dashboards, optimize performance, and lead Power BI initiatives across the organization.
What We Expect From You
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Create robust data models using DAX, Power Query, and best‑practice architecture principles.
- Connect, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources including SQL Server, Azure services, Excel/CSV, APIs, and other cloud platforms.
- Define BI standards, visualization best practices, and governance frameworks for consistent reporting.
- Optimize data models, queries, refresh schedules, and overall report performance.
- Implement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS), data access controls, and BI governance policies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Mentor and guide Power BI developers and analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
- Support Agile ways of working by participating in stand-ups, sprint planning, and review sessions.
- Manage Power BI Service workspaces, deployments, version control, and lifecycle management.
What You Should Bring
- 7–12 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics.
- 5+ years of hands-on expertise in Power BI development and data modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and creating star/snowflake schema designs.
- Strong SQL skills including writing and optimizing complex T‑SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.
- Experience integrating data from SQL databases, Azure Data Platforms, APIs, and other cloud sources.
- Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data transformation, data quality, and governance frameworks.
- Proven experience leading BI teams or managing BI projects.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with large, complex datasets and deliver high-performance BI solutions.
- Experience working in Agile or collaborative development environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (mandatory).
