JobSummary:We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer with strong data analytics, SQL, and Python capabilities to develop scalable BI solutions for enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Power BI development, advanced DAX, data modeling, and integrating analytical workflows using SQL and Python. This role requires strong problemsolving ability, deep understanding of BI best practices, and the capability to handle complex datasets to empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models for business stakeholders.
  
• Write advanced DAX measures, KPIs, and calculations for analytical use cases.
  
• Build and optimize Power Query (M language) transformations for efficient data shaping.
  
• Implement wellstructured data modeling (Star, Snowflake schema) following BI best practices.
  
• Work with large datasets using SQL and optimize queries for performance.
  
• Utilize Python (Pandas, NumPy) for advanced data processing, analysis, and automation.
  
• Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to translate requirements into BI solutions.
  
• Implement ETL/ELT workflows and ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability.
  
• Integrate BI solutions with SQL Server, Azure SQL, and other relational databases.
  
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams and follow CI/CD and version control practices (Git).
  
  

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics.
  
• 5+ years of handson experience in Power BI development.
  
• Strong expertise in:
  
• DAX (advanced calculations, measures, KPIs)
  
• Power Query / M language
  
• Data Modeling (Star & Snowflake schemas)
  
• Advanced SQL skills including query optimization, indexing, joins, performance tuning.
  
• Strong Python experience using Pandas, NumPy, and data analysis libraries.
  
• Experience working with SQL Server, Azure SQL, or other relational databases.
  
• Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
  
• Experience with Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse (preferred).
  
• Knowledge of version control (Git).
  
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problemsolving skills.
  
  

Good To Have Skills:

• Experience in large-scale enterprise BI implementations.
  
• Exposure to cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  
• Experience with automation and scripting.
  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Microsoft Power BI Certification (preferred).
