- ACL Digital Hiring for Lead Power BI Developer position

- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Specialist, or similar.
- Build impactful Power BI dashboards that turn complex data into clear stories and visual insights that support both operational decision making and senior leadership reporting.
- Develop end to end data models with strong structure, integrity, and usability across planning and portfolio activities.
- Strong skills in Power BI, including DAX, data modelling, measures, visual design, governance, and performance optimization.
- Experience with SAP (ERP data), and familiarity with Primavera, Jira, OnePlan, CPlace, or similar PPM systems is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of other BI tools (Datasphere, SAP BW, SAP SAC) is an advantage.
- Experience handling large and complex datasets, ensuring both quality and usability.
- Understanding of agile or hybrid project environments is beneficial.
