This fully remote role is for a Power BI Developer to design, build and operationalize high-impact reports, data models and ETL pipelines.
Primary Title: Power BI Developer
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver interactive Power BI reports and dashboards from business requirements and wireframes.
- Develop and optimize tabular data models, measures and calculated columns using DAX to support self-service analytics.
- Build data ingestion and transformation flows using Power Query (M), SQL and Azure Data Factory to create reliable ETL pipelines.
- Implement report governance, row-level security, dataset versioning and deployment pipelines for production readiness.
- Diagnose and tune report performance, optimize queries and datasets to ensure fast rendering at scale.
- Collaborate with product owners, data engineers and analysts to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions and documentation.
