About The Role

We are looking for a highly capable, creative, and execution-driven Production Lead who can convert scripts into powerful, high-performing video ads. This role demands someone who understands D2C brand storytelling, social media content formats, UGC-style videos, testimonials, monologues, product showcases, and performance-first ads.

You will lead a full in-house + freelance ecosystem of video editors, cinematographers, actors, influencers, and production partners—ensuring timely, high-quality output across all marketing channels.

The ideal candidate comes from D2C brands, creative agencies, or production houses, with hands-on experience producing fast-paced digital content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Production Ownership
  • Take scripts from the creative team and convert them into complete shoot & production plans.

Execute

  • UGC videos, Testimonials, Monologue-style ads, Product shoots, Feature/USP-based videos, Review-style ads, Brand intro films, Showreels, Short ads, reels, and performance creatives, TVCs
  • AI-based content (AI voiceover, AI characters, AI video formats)
  • Ensure editing, sound, transitions, branding, and storytelling are done to perfection.
  • Team & Talent Management
  • Manage and mentor: Video editors, Cinematographers, Actors & Models, UGC creators, Influencers
  • Production assistants & freelancers
  • Hire and train new team members based on evolving content needs.
  • Maintain a reliable network of production talent and agencies.
  • Creative Direction & Quality Control
  • Translate scripts into strong visual stories aligned with D2C performance goals.
  • Review raw footage, edits, and final versions to ensure top-tier quality.
  • Ensure every video communicates the right message and drives measurable impact.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, pacing, aesthetics, and brand voice.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Prepare shoot schedules, call sheets, timelines, and execution plans.

Manage equipment, locations, permissions, budgets, and logistics.

  • Ensure fast turnaround without compromising creative quality.
  • Coordinate closely with scriptwriters, designers, and marketing teams.

Required Skills & Experience

5–10+ years in production roles within D2C brands, creative agencies, or digital-first companies.

Proven Experience Managing End-to-end Video Production For

Social media ads & reels, UGC content, Testimonial videos

On-camera monologue ads, Product demo & feature videos

Review-style content, Brand videos & showreels, Influencer content

TVCs, AI-led content formats

Deep understanding of performance-focused storytelling for digital ads.

Strong knowledge of video editing workflows, basic cinematography, lighting, sound, and post-production.

Exceptional leadership and project management skills.

Ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines simultaneously.
