Social Media Manager - Personal Branding

At ONFLIT, we are seeking a passionate Personal Branding - Project Manager to manage

end-to-end projects for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, offering an

exciting opportunity to work with top business leaders and entrepreneurs. The ideal candidate

will have a strong passion for content creation and thought leadership, excellent communication

skills, and the ability to manage teams effectively.

Responsibilities

● Develop project briefs and assign tasks to the appropriate teams.

● Coordinate between freelancers and clients for seamless project execution.

● Review the content to ensure it aligns with client expectations..

● Manage distribution of content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

● Oversee social media engagement and track project progress.

● Brainstorm on content ideas for social media engagement

● Ensure timely completion of projects, maintaining high standards of quality.

● Assisting your reporting managers with content production or repurposing, or any other

operational tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

● At least 3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or personal branding.

● Strong command of English, both written and verbal.

● In-depth understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook,

Twitter).

● Basic understanding of good designs, video production techniques, and marketing

strategies. This is key to executing successful branding projects.

● Passionate about content creation—this is non-negotiable.

● Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

● Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

● Good research skills and a proactive attitude toward personal development.
