SAP VIM Consultant

We are looking for a skilledSAP VIM Consultantto implement and supportOpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)solutions integrated with SAP. The consultant will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing, and support of VIM processes, ensuring smooth and automated invoice processing in alignment with business requirements.

• Analyze business requirements and design VIM solutions to optimize invoice processing.
• ConfigureOpenText VIMfor SAP including:
• Invoice capture and validation.
• Exception handling workflows.
• Approval processes and escalation paths.
• Integrate VIM with SAPFI (Accounts Payable),MM (Procure-to-Pay), andWorkflow.
• Support invoice processing through the full lifecycle from scanning to posting.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure system stability.
• Work with business users and external vendors on issue resolution and change requests.
• Develop technical and user documentation.
• Conduct training for end users and support teams.

Mandate Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience inSAP OpenText VIMconfiguration and support.
• Deep understanding ofInvoice Management Lifecyclein SAP.
• Knowledge of:
• Document Processing (DP)
• Business Center / ICC / OCR solutions
• VIM Approval Workflows.
• Integration withSAP FI,MM, andWorkflow (SAP Business Workflow).
• Experience with VIM exception handling and automation.
• Experience withS/4HANA VIMis highly desirable.
• Experience in testing, go-live preparation, hypercare, and post-production suppor
