Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive Sales volumes and Market shares through network of Distributors and their branches in the overseas market.
- Plan, initiate, execute and drive sales promotion activities to create enough sales funnel for the Business target.
- Ensure budget planning, execution and profitability objectives.
- Act as an interface between the Market, Distributor and Ajax.
- Network expansion in specific geographic allocation.
- Responsible for Business Development – Corporate, Individuals and Channel Business.
- Organize BTL activities to increase Brand awareness/traction/walk-ins inquiry level.
- To ensure compliance about processes at Distributorship and follow laid down circulars by the Company and other statutory bodies.
- Training the Distributor staff on an ongoing basis through mentoring and coaching to hedge against any attrition.
Technical Expertise
- An Engineer with an MBA with relevant field experience. Should have corporate sales/Channel Sales exposure. Experience of handling a large team with varied experience and age group would be preferred. Additional academic qualifications in International Business will be an added advantage. Experience of overseas travel will be preferred.
- Self-starter and ready to make a difference by leading the team.
- Having a good command over written and spoken English.
- Individual should be willing to travel to Overseas markets.
- Focus Geography would be AFRICA, ASEAN and or SAARC, Middle East or LatAm
