Job Title: Lead Associate - Marketplace Experience: 5.0-7.0 years As a Lead Associate - Marketplace, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding the marketplace platform. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing the operational aspects of the marketplace, optimizing performance, and ensuring a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers. Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategic planning and execution of the marketplace platform. Analyze market trends and competition to enhance the marketplace's competitiveness. Manage relationships with key stakeholders including vendors, suppliers, and partners. Implement strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue on the marketplace. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance marketplace features and functionalities. Optimize search and recommendation algorithms to improve user experience. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of the marketplace. Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, regulations, and standards. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of marketplace associates. Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in the e-commerce marketplace domain.
