Portfolio Monitoring
- Track performance of underlying assets (monthly / quarterly)
- Prepare monitoring reports for investment committee
- Identify early warning signs: collateral deterioration, non-compliance with financial covenants.
Covenant & Structure Compliance
- Monitor adherence to:
- Completion of conditions subsequent
- Coverage tests
- Triggers & events of default
- Reconcile actual performance vs. modelled expectations.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all loan documents, security perfection, and legal covenants are up to date
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on breaches or amendments
Investor Communication
- Prepare MIS, portfolio commentary, and quarterly updates
- Support fundraising teams with performance data
