Role: Customer Support Associate

Graduate freshers only
No HSC required
Excellent communication skills mandatory
Shift Details
Rotational shift between 5:30 PM 9:30 AM
Any 9-hour shift
5 days working
Salary Benefits
Up to 28,500 CTC
2,000 + 1,000 additional incentives
2 rounds: HR + Operations

Key Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via voice/chat/email in a professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and account-related concerns
Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system
Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards
Meet performance metrics such as productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction scores
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required
Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times
