Senior Manager – Rooftop Solar (Client Solutions)

Role Overview :

This role is responsible for driving rooftop solar adoption across the portfolio by engaging with clients, structuring and closing power purchase agreements (PPAs), and ensuring seamless execution of solar projects. While the role does not involve lead generation, it carries defined business targets through conversion and expansion within existing and incoming client relationships.

Key Deliverables :

1. PPA Signings & Revenue Delivery

• Drive closure of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with existing and new clients within the portfolio
• Lead commercial discussions, solution structuring, and negotiations to achieve defined business targets

2. Solar Project Management

• Oversee end-to-end execution of rooftop solar projects from feasibility to commissioning
• Coordinate with technical, procurement, and execution teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

3. Compliance & Contract Adherence

• Support drafting, review, and closure of agreements (PPA, EPC, lease, etc.)
• Manage risks related to compliance, documentation, and statutory approvals
