Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher, based in Srinagar. The Teacher will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, delivering engaging and effective lectures, and assessing student performance. Responsibilities include fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, providing guidance to students, and collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement teaching strategies. Teachers are also encouraged to contribute to co-curricular and extra-curricular activities in the school.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and designing educational activities aligned with curriculum requirements
• Strong understanding of Education principles and effective Teaching methodologies
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging students and collaborating with colleagues
• Experience in Training and mentoring students effectively
• Enthusiasm for facilitating a positive learning experience and nurturing students potential
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a relevant field
• Prior teaching experience is advantageous
• Familiarity with modern teaching tools and technology is preferred
