Job Description

Your tasks

Support new strategies and concepts for the further development of the global footprint strategy
In close alignment with the global management team, contribute to the definition, planning, and implementation of concepts and strategic topics
Design, conduct, and document relevant formats (e.g., workshops) and play a key role in coordinating the required stakeholders
Lead strategic and conceptual initiatives & projects during implementation
Prepare management meetings and decision-making bodies and ensure follow-up on agreed actions
Develop and visualize complex issues for management

Your Qualifications

Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
35 years of professional experience in in-house consulting, strategy consulting, or PMO within global companies
Solid understanding of processes along the value chain of a global enterprise
Proven ability to structure complex topics
Practical experience in project management as well as in working with stakeholders across all management levels
Agile and results-oriented working style combined with strong assertiveness
Strong user skills in M365 (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams)
Excellent command of English completes your profile
Prince2, experience in German project management, MBA from recognised institute
Experience in global company, PMI certified, background strategic expansion
