We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented
Project Management Office (PMO) professional to support the Coordination, monitoring, reporting and governance of large-scale
Government IT projects. The PMO will work closely with the project manager and internal project teams to provide the reports, coordination and governance.
This role requires expertise in
project coordination, documentation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure adherence to approved timelines and budgets.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for the government's Project Steering Committee and stakeholders.
- Facilitate project review meetings, capturing decisions, action items, and follow-up activities.
Financial & Resource Management
- Assist in tracking project budgets, invoices.
- Coordinate with vendors for performance reports.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Serve as a contact between client and vendors.
- Ensure timely communication, documentation of decisions, and escalation of critical issues when required.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in
- 2-3 years of experience in PMO or project coordination roles.
- Expertise in Microsoft tools like MS Project, Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Good communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
