PMO Analyst
The project management office sets standards and reports on the portfolio. It belongs to a telecom services company supporting enterprise accounts. Enterprise accounts have long contracts and specific expectations, which shapes how the team works. The portfolio includes network upgrades, customer rollouts and internal systems projects.
What the office does
The analyst keeps project information consistent, builds the reports leaders read and follows up until actions are done.
- Track risks, issues and actions and chase owners for updates
- Monitor budgets, milestones and resource allocation
- Prepare material for steering committees
- Keep templates and project-management standards up to date
How the office works
The PMO publishes a weekly report, runs a monthly portfolio review and keeps templates in one shared place. The company has partnered with Flexiple, a managed marketplace that helps global companies build strong teams in India. The position is in Gurugram or Bengaluru (hybrid).
What we need
- 2 to 5 years in project reporting or a project office
- Clear written communication
- Graduate degree in any discipline; engineering or management preferred
- Experience supporting projects or working in a PMO
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
