PMO Analyst / Coordinator – Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented PMO Analyst/Coordinator to support delivery operations, resource management, and program governance across key semiconductor and technology accounts. This role ensures seamless execution of HRIS processes, fulfillment operations, asset tracking, third-party resource management, and program dashboards while driving continuous learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery Operations
- HRIS Management
- Ensure 100% alignment of HRIS tagging and resource movement with actual billed data
- Maintain compliance with ramp-down notice periods (30 days) and movement CPD (Career Progression Document)
- Verify work location accuracy per execution plan (client site or QG/Quest Global premises)
- Follow up with Resource Managers (RMs) and Resource Management Group (RMG) to correct reporting structures
- Full Fulfillment
- Create Aspire IDs for both internal and external resource mapping
- Track all open positions for key accounts: Marvell, Infineon, NXP, and NVIDIA
- Coordinate with Competency Heads, RMs, and Vendor SPOCs for sourcing relevant profiles
- Coordinate interviews and share previous interview questions (via SharePoint)
- Communicate selection/rejection decisions to stakeholders; maintain tracker of all resources shared with clients
- Collate interview questions and maintain repository
- Manage onboarding form and NDA collection/submission
- Asset Tracking
- Handle client asset submission processes
- Track and manage QG assets as applicable
- Third-Party Resource Management
- Track vendor resource leaves and share details with invoicing teams
- Validate invoice amounts being paid to vendors
- Manage communication related to onboarding and offboarding of third-party resources
- Act as Resource Manager (RM) for assigned vendor resources
- Program Dashboards
- Maintain APT (Account/Project Tracking) dashboards linked to Revenue Reports (CM%, Revenue metrics)
- Prepare Client MRM (Monthly Review Meeting) and QBR (Quarterly Business Review) materials
- Track and report CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores
- DLA & Self-Learning
- Track DLA (Dedicated Line Account) accounts: Synaptics, SanDisk, ARM
- Complete GenAI Certification and pursue continuous upskilling
Required Qualifications
Category Requirements
Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Operations, or related field
Experience 2–4 years in PMO, resource management, delivery operations, or staffing coordination
Domain Experience In Semiconductor/technology Industry Preferred
Tools Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Excel, SharePoint, and dashboard tools
Skills Strong coordination, stakeholder management, data validation, and reporting skills
