Role : PMO Analyst
Experience 3+ Years
Primary Skill Set
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in PMO, practice operations within the IT services industry.
- Extensive experience in building PowerPoint presentations
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in building effective presentations
- Be a SPOC for the delivery leader to collect, compile and report the required data points
- Should be able to understand the basics of software projects
- Familiar with SDLC and software methodologies
- Should be able to derive the metrics and come up with program review presentations
- Good knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word
- Please look for associates with good communications skills, experience on power point presentations. Preferably marketing background.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Be a SPOC for the account for all data collection and presentation for both internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct daily and weekly sync ups with delivery & client teams for the account and track the action items through closure
- Understand the context and come up with right presentations
- Fetch the data from the teams & meet the deadlines
- Create the Program review presentations
- Coordinate with different teams to complete the assignment
- Ability and attitude to cope with unexpected requests and work under stringent timelines
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
