Agile & Scrum Facilitation
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives) for one or more Agile teams.
- Ensure Scrum practices are understood and followed, coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and mindset.
- Support Product Owners in effective backlog management, refinement, and prioritization aligned to business value. Delivery & Execution
- Track and communicate team progress using metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and cumulative flow diagrams.
- Proactively identify and remove impediments, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders as needed.
- Help teams plan and execute sprints and releases with a focus on quality, predictability, and continuous delivery of value. SAFe & Scaling Practices
- Support SAFe ceremonies such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers to manage cross-team dependencies and risks.
- Promote alignment with SAFe principles, ensuring teams contribute effectively to program-level objectives. Coaching & Continuous Improvement
- Coach team members on self-organization, accountability, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Drive continuous improvement by facilitating effective retrospectives and implementing actionable improvements.
- Encourage a culture of experimentation, learning, and feedback within and across teams. Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Maintain clear, transparent communication with stakeholders regarding team status, risks, and delivery timelines.
- Help manage expectations, negotiate priorities, and foster strong partnerships with business and technology stakeholders.
