Platform Administrator(Salesforce & Precursive)

Role & responsibilities:

• Salesforce Administration: Handle day-to-day administration, security settings, configuration changes, custom field creation, and declarative automation (Flows).
• Precursive Ownership: Configure and optimize Precursive for resource forecasting, project tracking, project planning templates, and milestone management including customizations needed
• Process Improvement: Partner with stakeholders to identify pain points and implement technical solutions that enhance productivity and data quality.
• Reporting: Hands on ability to create and update complex Salesforce / Precursive reports
• Data Integrity & Reporting: Skill in creating Validation Rules to ensure necessary criteria are met before a card can be moved, and building Reports and Dashboards to measure flow metrics (e.g., cycle time, stage duration).

Desired Qualities:

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Proven experience administering or heavily using Precursive (PSX/PSA) or similar tools with hands on experience around customization
• Strong understanding of the customization and security features of Salesforce / Precursive
• Ability to work in EST timezone to support the teams
