Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Operations Manager, located in Faridabad. The Plant Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations and manufacturing processes at the plant, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, leading a team of staff, monitoring equipment and inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Continuous improvement of processes and resource management will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in production planning, operations management, and workflow optimization.
  • Strong leadership, team supervision, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of industrial safety protocols and experience ensuring compliance with environmental standards.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing equipment maintenance, inventory control, and supply chain management.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in plant management roles, especially in the steel or hydraulics manufacturing sector, is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and departments.
