Plant Operations Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Operations Manager located in Faridabad. The Plant Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure production efficiency, manage resources, and maintain safety standards. Key responsibilities include supervising teams, optimizing production processes, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The role also involves budget management, reporting, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong leadership and management skills, including team supervision and resource allocation
• Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and operations management
• Experience in equipment maintenance and safety protocols
• Proficiency in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with belt grinding and polishing machines is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is advantageous
