Plant Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR and IR activities at the plant, ensuring compliance with corporate HR policies and local labor laws.
• Maintain harmonious industrial relations and proactively address employee or union issues.
• Ensure 100% statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Contract Labor, Factory Act, labor law regulations).
• Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention for 30 on-roll and 20–25 off-roll employees.
• Manage employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with plant operations and senior management to maintain a productive, safe, and compliant work culture.
