Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Process onboarding paperwork and maintain employee records in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Maintain records for hiring, transfers, promotions, resignations, and terminations.
- Track employee attendance, leave, and overtime.
- Facilitate probation, confirmation, performance appraisal, and exit processes.
- Conduct exit interviews, maintain exit database, and issue relieving/experience letters.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary certificates, increment letters, and ID cards.
- Support grievance resolution and IR issues.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Manage end-to-end payroll using Cosmo Soft: salary release, payslip generation, leave encashment, salary advances, bonuses, and ex-gratia payments.
- Process reimbursements: LTA, medical, relocation, tuition fees, interview reimbursements, referral schemes, quarterly incentives, birthday/wedding gifts, and imprest advances.
- Process full and final settlements and generate all payroll-related reports.
- Ensure timely statutory remittances: PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, superannuation, and PF/ESI withdrawal and transfer claims.
- Issue e-pechan cards for ESI-covered employees.
Recruitment & Staffing Support
- Identify vacancies, coordinate with recruitment teams, and participate in interviewing and onboarding.
- Track staffing additions and attrition and report manpower and cost details for business reviews.
MIS & HR Reporting
- Generate HR MIS reports: attendance, new joiners, exit reports, payroll summaries, leave balances, and manpower cost.
- Provide management with actionable insights based on HR data.Employee Engagement & Compliance
- Support employee welfare and engagement programs.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Track probation, confirmation, and assessment schedules for timely execution.
