HR Operations & Employee Records:
- Process paperwork for new employees and maintain employee data in HR/payroll systems.
- Manage personal records, leaves, transfers, promotions, terminations, and reimbursements.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, overtime, and probation/confirmation tracking.
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain exit database.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Payroll processing, salary release, pay slip generation using Cosmo Soft.
- Manage LTA, medical reimbursements, salary advances, leave encashments, staff loans, bonuses, ex-gratia payments.
- Handle interview reimbursements, relocation expenses, quarterly incentives, referral schemes, tuition fee reimbursements, birthday/wedding gifts, imprest advance payments.
- Process full & final settlements and statutory remittances (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Superannuation).
