Key Responsibilities
Labour Law & Statutory Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all labor laws applicable to factories, including PF, ESIC, LWF, P-Tax, and Apprenticeship rules
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and timely submissions to relevant authorities
Union & Employee Relations
- Liaise with unions in day-to-day activities and resolve employee-related matters
- Manage employee grievances and ensure harmonious industrial relations
Government & Vendor Liaison
- Coordinate with government authorities for inspections, approvals, and statutory compliance
- Handle reporting and compliance documentation
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage contract labor operations and workforce allocation
- Maintain HR records, attendance, and other administrative requirements
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations
