Plant HR Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws in the factory (PF, ESIC, LWF, P-Tax, Apprenticeship rules).
• Liaison with government authorities for statutory and compliance matters.
• Manage day-to-day relations and negotiations with the union.
• Handle contract labour administration and compliance.
• Maintain HR documentation and reports using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Communicate effectively in the local language of Bangalore.
