Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Labour Law & Statutory Compliance

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all labor laws applicable to factories, including PF, ESIC, LWF, P-Tax, and Apprenticeship rules
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and timely submissions to relevant authorities

Union & Employee Relations

  • Liaise with unions in day-to-day activities and resolve employee-related matters
  • Manage employee grievances and ensure harmonious industrial relations

Government & Vendor Liaison

  • Coordinate with government authorities for inspections, approvals, and statutory compliance
  • Handle reporting and compliance documentation

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage contract labor operations and workforce allocation
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, and other administrative requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations
