Description
We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our civil engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction planning and project management, with a proven ability to manage complex projects effectively.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining project schedules using appropriate planning tools.
- Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments for project planning.
- Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to schedules.
- Preparing detailed reports and presentations on project status and forecasts.
- Assisting in resource allocation and budget management for projects.
Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech).
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes and methodologies.
The Planning of Industrial Project design, construction , Testing, Commissioning, & operation & Management of the Project is to be seen.
Experience of minimum 5 years experience is desired in Planning of Urban development Project and should have been in 3 similar Projects of 186 Crore for Planning.
