We are seeking a highly motivated Planning Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning and management, with the ability to develop comprehensive project schedules and coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using appropriate planning tools.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project planning.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
- Conduct variance analysis to track project performance against the plan.
- Assist in resource allocation and optimization for project tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in project planning or engineering roles.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling techniques and principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
