Description
We are seeking a Planning Engineer for our fabrication facility in India. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in project planning and execution in the fabrication industry, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans for fabrication activities.
- Project management experience in large fabrication shop producing Oil and Gas equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, reactors and process package.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports for management.
- Analyze project requirements and allocate resources effectively.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical) or related field.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes and techniques.
