We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing project schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery while managing risks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using various planning tools.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
- Analyze project data to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
- Assist in resource allocation and management to optimize project efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
- Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
