• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution.

• Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong understanding of pediatric physiotherapy principles and developmental milestones.

• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs for children with developmental delays and disabilities.

• Ability to build rapport with children and their families in a compassionate and patient-centered manner.

• Strong observation, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills.

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Willingness to participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.

• Basic computer skills for maintaining therapy records and preparing progress reports.

• Ability to educate and guide parents/caregivers regarding home exercise programs and therapeutic interventions.
